You meet the most talented people in this place! Today, I "met" Sue, (Tillymint) and had so much fun in her gallery. I chose Sue's Sassy Cheryl since her adorable image grabbed me right away. Keeping Sue's layout, I changed the image and colors, and used a bloom instead of a charm. Sue, your work is beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
This is an encouragement card, and I used a scripture from ODBD on the inside that reads "Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: because of the Lord's Great Love, we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning, Great is Your faithfulness! Lamentations 3:21-23 I have had digi images for some time, and had difficulty water coloring these images, as my printer ink ran. However, once I saw Sue's digi, it occurred to me that Copics may be just the ticket- and they were! I am still learning (thanks Tosha!) but love how these work on digi images! The flower and DP is from my Stamp Guru, Tosh, and the leaves were a gift from Jan (Heartsong47). Thanks so much!
Enjoy your week Sue, and thanks for looking!

Really adorable card...and great coloring. I am one fortunate lady, my husband bought me some copics for Christmas. Just a few, but enough to get me started. I really like them too.

Copics are definitely a learning experience, you learn a little something new every day about them. Looks like you have been practicing- a LOT, because your coloring is awesome!! This is such a sweet carefree image, and hopefully will convey some of that peaceful feeling with the beautiful verse you've included inside. The nestie, border, stitching and ribbon all add up to another great card. Heading over there soon to "meet" Sue too! LYMI

what a perfect summer girls card. Reminds one of when we used to lay on a blanket and watch clouds float by so fun....the coloring is super. Like what you placed the picture on with the scalloped edges and the perfectly matching lace . lovely flower...another beauty...:0)
