These houses are happy because my deployed Marine son is coming home from Afghanistan to visit us in just a couple months. This card is to welcome him home.
I stamped and colored my houses simply on white cs and added the gel pen dots. Cut them out adhered them to the pinking scissor cut panel and trimmed off the excess that hung over the card using the same scissors. I heat embossed the happy sentiments. Then ran through my CB with the Polka Dots eb folder. Then I Cut out my tab and stamped it then embossed it too then adhered with brads. Popped up and done. Voila. Such a happy card!

Lisa, this is one bright, happy card for a very happy, happy occasion!! I know you can hardly wait!! Our young next door neighbor is home for a few weeks from there right now and his Mum is on cloud nine!! We are so very grateful for all they do.
Your card just POPS out of the gallery, I love all the bright houses against the black and the way you've attached the sentiment - it's all fabulous.
