Today's Ways to Use It challenge is to use rainbows or rainbow colors. I found a template which I used to make a rainbow - if anyone is interested it's found here: http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgur...ed=0CBsQ9QEwAA
I printed it out, cut through each strip from only one side, taped it to my white card as a mask and then folded back each strip to sponge on the color - it went really quick and wasn't hard. The clouds are cut with a PTI die and popped up. The sentiment is computer generated - it had to be this song from the Wizard of Oz which was a family favorite when my boys were growing up. I added a border and popped up the whole thing on a black card base.

Love your bright cheery card, Bridget. And thanks for the link to the template. I tried to make a freehand rainbow earlier -- and it looked pretty bad! BTW your card qualifies for the Stampin'B challenge this week - to create a card inspired by a song title!
