This is a super fun card I made for the 'March of the Snowmen' hop today. I didn't have any new stamp sets, so I used one of my old faves by Stampin' Up, Snowy Play. A co-worker suggested I make a snow-woman for a change....I thought that was a grand idea! The 'ice' panel looks like the cracked glass technique but is actually Ranger Crackle Glaze......as it dries it cracks perfectly! I love it....except for having to wait for it to dry!
