The paper and ribbon scanned more of a pink than the real life color which is the same as the flower, hate those scanners and donÂ’t feel like doing digital to compare.
The paper is already printed and I just stamped the Word by Word over the top, did some direct to paper and itÂ’s done. IÂ’m using up my large sheet of paper to make more of these and off to the soldiers to send home.

Okay, I'll post here and also PM those that ask how the ribbon is done. It's so simple, buy a ribbon punch, I got mine at Michael's. It's two slots right next to each other and about a quarter inch long. The punch is hand held (pliar type) and look for the long reach style (which they didn't have when I bought mine); the long reach lets you get more to the center of your card.
I put a narrow two way tape on the back of the card. Put the ends of the ribbon through the slots (one in each) and pull so they are the same length on the side. The tape already in place will hold the ribbon until you're ready to attach the panel to the card, otherwise the inside piece would flop back toward the back of the cardstock. Don't pull the ribbon real tight, you don't want to see the open slots they went through...ugly, ugly that way! It's very easy and if you don't understand let me know. Pictures are worth a thousands words on this one!
