Snow Pail

This is a gift for a secretary. Items inside are from the $1 section at Target. The snowman is a stamp from CTMH. Stamped with staz-on. I sponged on white acrylic paint to look like snow. Then put on the snowmen and used modgepodge over it all. Tied ribbons around the handle. Less than $10 for all.
