I chose Pillowcase Owl as my inspiration.
Teapot Tuesday Challenge # 127: Winnie, Not Whinney
If you know the sweet animals of the 100 Acre Wood, you know that they all look to Owl (or "Wol" as he chooses to spell his name) for advice. Any new mother will need advice so perhaps Owl (or "Wol") can be called upon if Jamie needs help...
Another reason to love Owl for a Teapot Party is that he can spell "Tuesday". (Check it out at the links below...)
You can see that Pooh did indeed find his way onto this card. He got lost, as expected, and wound up on the inside. I have sprayed my Shimmer Ink (mixed with rubbing alcohol) both inside and out to give this card lots of sparkle - 'cuz any baby so brand new as little Jon must still be covered in "angel dust".
Used a couple of those teensy wee circles from the owl punch instead of brads on the sentiment label and added a dab of Crystal Effects to give them shine. Makes the card a lot friendlier to mail.
PT: Yup, I used some.

OMG! That is so funny! Its a small world WOL (Owl), you can spell Tuesday and that's the day have tea! Giggle! This card is so precious.....I should write Wol into my story, after all he can spell Tuesday!
Good job combing challenges. Love that Pooh is inside, safe and sound with Wol looking out for him! I bet your card is extra special in real life with all of your special finishing touches! I love the white bark as a back drop, it must be snowing there too!

So adorable! Glad Wol was able to find his way through the woods - although with all the hooting and hollering from the teapotters you just have to follow the noise ... er party sounds!
Great challenge combo. Now grab a cup of tea and a cookie!!

Great take on the IC, I recognise that instantly. And what a great idea to have the owl as Wol coming along with Pooh and all his cousins to greet baby Jon. Wol was one of my favourites of the characters from the Pooh books. I am not sure, if his record is anything to go by, that Jamie should be asking him for advice but I am totally sure that she will love this darling card.
