So pretty and springy MamaRitzi! Love the popped up flowers and the ruffled ribbon, pearls and butterflies. Hardly notice that you didn't use Swiss Dots with all the other pretty things on this card. And I'll just hazard a wee guess that your yucky weather doesn't involve as much snow as ours does... I see green in the background.... Just sayin'. :)
