Here is the card I made for the Year End Countdown Challenge over at Stamp TV: http://stamptv.ning.com/ to use Sakura Stardust pens to make a sparkly background. I used the clear stardust pen on the D'Vine Swirls CB EF - it REALLY does look VERY sparkly! I am impressed! I have to stock up on these...
