Oh, I've struggled to find a hat for today's teaparty challenge and I discovered I haven't got one single hat! Hence, it's "hats off" to Joyce, who certainly deserves the honor!! I hope all the bright red and purple in the gallery brings her much joy. My card is very simply an embossed base with ribbon, a computer generated sentiment cut out with Nesties Labels Four and several flowers with brads. The ribbon is specially chosen for it's polka dots!

Gorgeous ribbon! I love the polka-dotted organza but the spots never show so well so it's always disappointing. I really should have looked up the whole Red Hat thing before I started, I didn't realise purple was so important. I like the word-play with your sentiment and lack of hat .

I love this, Bridget! I too don' have any hat stamps, One card hat s what I asked my LSS owner to make for me using her Circut, the other is just out of my head, and the other card has embellishments that I bought years ago. I even have a hat template that I made, found that this morning, of course afterwards...
As the saying goes, it's not the hat, it's the hatitude!
I just love red and purple together, and the polka dots make it even better!!

Such a bright and happy card. I can certainly identify with having no hat stamps or drawing ability. I am so glad you came to the tea party because up until now I was the only one without a hat.

Your card is wonderful - the colors are perfect and the sentiment is darling (and love that ribbon). The only reason everyone is bringing hats is to smuggle cookies home - but if you wear something with deep pockets - you too can smuggle!
