OMG, ya'll should see Bertie today. She is in total Holiday Happiness mode and owes her thanks in large part to da Muddermark. You see Bertie LOVES to paint! She found some chalk paint to paint this li'l Charlie Brown tree for Kris (krischir), and she still has some left over. So..........ya'll tea potters know what that means, doncha? Yeppers! Bertie is a-flingin' red and green paint all over da place. (Be on the lookout, SnoSnot. Bertie saw your gorgeous all-white card and is so tempted to add some color to it.) AND, Bertie promises to help frost the tea party cookies with red and green paint, too! Yum!
This card goes postal to Kris who has been unable to stamp very much lately due to medical issues with her hands. She's having surgery tomorrow, so I wanted to send her a holiday card to help brighten her day as she brightens ours with her art work and her supportive comments. Best wishes on your surgery, Kris! I promise I won't let Bertie in your hospital room with that paint.

Oh, beautiful!! Such a sweet image and lovely bow.
I don't usually like to encourage Bertie but I think the red and green will look lovely on cookies. If I'd got round to making gingerbread this year Bertie would be more than welcome to come and help decorate it.

I always get a chuckle out of the teapotters' antics! Your Charlie Brown tree is adorable and that gingham ribbon is just perfect!

I am ducking behind a chair to type this as red and green paint on what I am wearing just wouldn't go!
Your little tree is highlighted so nicely by the beautiful bow.
