 | | Congrats to Mary! Wonderful gallery and I chose Snow Buddy to case. I kept the layout but flipped it and the Christmas theme. I changed the images, the colors and stamped my background instead of using dp.
All images are Our Daily Bread designs. I stamped images from a few different sets in several different colors. I started with the largest ornament in a sand chalk ink. The partial image of the smaller ornament was stamped with the pearlescent beige ink. The snowflakes and words were stamped with the raspberry ink and a few partial snowflakes and corner flourishes were stamped with pearlescent ivy and the beige ink. I made the little red & green rings by inking the top of my water brush and stamping. The solid red & green dots were made with a Qtip.
The greeting was cut with a Spellbinders classic oval and the edges were sponged. Faux pearls were added to the dk green labels 10 layer and a sheer bow was added. The white background was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder, edged with a marker and attached to a 5.5 x 4.25 white card.
Thanks so much for looking! Close ups are on my blog: The Write Stuff |
