The hot air balloons are a free digital from Bird's Cage. They are colored with Copics. I use a Cool Whip lid to make my clouds. The swirl cuttlebug folder was to represent the wind blowing up there. Spellbinders finish the card.
Thanks, Kim, for being our new hostess. I use glitter a lot, so this was a relatively quick card for me - good thing as other ladies were waiting to go shopping!
