Hi! This card was made for today's Sketch Challenge.
I'm still awake, as is Markie...He is getting ready for Winter Vacation...He's already staying up MUCH too late, and starting to eye the VERY few gifts under the tree...(I'm totally serious about this...the child put socks and UNDERWEAR on his Christmas list! I almost fainted! Then, I laughed! He is trying so much to grow up...I think being the youngest in his class, in a Jr/Sr high is pretty tough. And...we are sticking to the "few video games" and clothes rule this year. He even helped us shop! And, of course, he insisted upon wrapping the gifts!
I love this designer paper from Tim Holtz. I stamped the music from Musical Holdiay on the last layer. The tree was inked with Noir and then Jardin Moss and stamped, and off-stamped twice on the Wowza Watercolor paper. I used my airbrush to fill in the tree. (I used a blue/green marker and filled in with a bit of Flower Soft.)
The charm was colored with COPICS! I heat set it with my heat tool.
Finished card size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Total time to complete: 27 minutes

Doesn't it just twist your heart when your baby works so hard at growing up!
I love your tree; a ton of work in it, but such a lovely dimensional quality!

Wow, beautiful as always, and I love that copic colored charm. Those markers are just amazing to me. Thanks for reminding of us of YET one more way these fabulous markers can be used. I am so glad MFP is handling them.

Hello Faith! I had to smile when I saw the stamp you used. My dd just used this on her rendition of Dante's Inferno as part of her final grade for World Studies. She is NOT artistic....though the stamps help.
Your card is gorgeous and I love that paper.
