For the Ways to Use It Challenge, WT300, Julia's last WT challenge. Her challenge to us is Something Old, Something New--to use at least three previous WT challenges plus one new idea we've never used before.
OLD:
WT13--Fibres & Hemp (the cord on which my pennants are strung is hemp)
WT94--Field Trip--dollar store finds (my background star-patterned paper is kraft wrapping paper from our Dollar Tree)
WT107--Just Do It--never inked stamps (my sun stamp from the brand-new MFP set Hello Sunshine saw ink for the first time with this card)
WT145--It's a Wrap--use package wrapping supplies (my Dollar Tree kraft wrapping paper used as DP)
WT161--Eye on Eyelets (the white stars in the corners are eyelets)
WT200--Starry Eyed--use stars (Stars are also NancyRuth's challenge for the STAMPINBs this week)
WT290--A Banner Day--use banners
NEW: know how you seem to always have thin strips of card stock left after you trim something down for a project? I hate just recycling them and always keep them, hoping to find a way to use them up. I finally hit upon a great use: gluing down the thin strips around the edges of my card base to create a "faux" layer. I tried this out for the first time on today's card! My bottom chocolate chip layer is a "faux" layer.
Paper: SU chocolate chip CS, PTI kraft CS, The Paper Company CS, star-patterned kraft wrapping paper from Dollar Tree
Ink: Palette burnt umber, SU chocolate chip
Accessories: EK diamond punch, Fiskars small star punch, EK 1.25" circle punch, SU modern label punch, MS loop edge punch, CM corner rounder punch, foam tape, hemp twine, Crop-A-Dile, star eyelets
