Well, I started making cards because I couldn't bear to get rid of some of the beautiful Christmas cards I received so I started cutting them up and making new cards out of them. That necessitated buying a couple of stamps that said "Merry Christmas" which then required ink pads and then I discovered embossing powder and the heat gun - you get the picture!! It all snowballed from there.
So here is a card I made from an old commercial Christmas card. I punched out the snowflakes and mounted them with dimensionals on a shimmery pale blue cardbase and used one of my very first stamps to stamp and emboss the sentiment.
