Kris, aka: krischir is our FS today. Her gallery is so inspiring. I wish I could have cased them all but that would just be silly. So instead I chose two cards.
Funny story about the first card I chose. When I first looked at it , from the thumbnail I thought it was a cow wearing a flowery hat. Boy did I get that one wrong. BUT the cow image just stuck in my head so I went with it.
Then I saw this one that Kris had done faux dry embossing . It intrigued me. Then I found a die cut of flowers and a bee, who knows where or when I got it, used it to cut out some flowers and the bee. I did stipple on some color using an ink pad for the flower and chalk for the bee. The bee was also versa marked and clear ep..
For my bg, I had this page from a catalog of all these balls of yarn. I thought it was so cool looking. So today, I used it. My dad would have loved this card. He always had a soft spot for “colorful” things. Also found the perfect ribbon in my drawer, so I made a bow and put the bee on it. I know my card isn’t even close to Kris’s, but I was totally inspired by the two I chose. Please don’t send the challenge police after me!
Well, hope this isnÂ’t too colorful for your eyesÂ…..heheÂ…..Have a great rest of the SundayÂ….TFL :0)

With all the smiles you create with your creations, the challenge police would not dare come after you! Besides, Curt and Alicia would head them off at the pass! Cathy, this is another fabulous smile maker! Love that bright background! Is that Curt or one of his cousins? Wonderful!

LOL! Only you could see a cow in a vase of poinsettias! Love your take on the inspiration... from the sweet cow with the floral tiara to that gorgeous page of yarns, this is one very cool and creative card!
