Bad Mommy alert... I never made my girls Halloween cards to tuck in their lunch. I am taking my last real class before my student teaching practicum and it is the most intense class I have experienced. So I'm behind on all the fun challenges, as you can see by this SC306 from a few weeks ago.
They informed me that I was to make them cards for Autobiography Day, which is of course tomorrow. They are also looking for Halloween cards and Thanksgiving cards, so I hope the pumpkin Japanese erasers I have to go with the cards will suffice. The second graders have been working all month to write their autobiographies and tomorrow they will be presenting them to the parents. I love the sentiment from the $1 stamp from Michael's and combined it with the typewriter from Office Ephemera because I liked the larger size. By Definition fills in the background for more type print. I thought this would be perfect for my little writers. I also made them color appropriate; pink for Paige & green for Gwen.
