I stamped the floral image with Early Espresso ink onto Crumb Cake cs, tore the top left edge and sponged all edges with Soft Suede ink. I then stamped the MEMORIES definition with Crumb Cake ink onto the top left corner of the Crumb Cake card base and sponged the card's edges with Soft Suede ink, too. I adhered the main panel and highlighted some of the flowers with teeny, tiny basic pearls. I stamped the Mother title with Early Espresso ink onto scrap Crumb Cake, punched it out and adhered it to the card with a Mini Glue Dot and highlighted it with a knot of Pretty In Pink 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon.

This brought tears to my eyes -- just invoked the right touch of nostalgia. My grandma's name was Grandma Pearl and this card just reminded me of her in so many ways. Thanks for the sweet memory. Funny how memories get triggered huh. I couldn't even tell you exactly what, it's just the feeling. She was such a great grandma. Blessings, Lela

Regina, Your mother must have been a very special lady. Your memories and love for your mom really come thru on this soft and thoughtful card. I really like your sponging, torn edge with the memories sentiment showing and one touch of pink ribbon with the sweet mother tag. Just all.....so perfect. TFS
