This challenge was based on a sketch provided by Kelly. With some of the supplies still out for a previous challenge, I slightly modified the idea from before. Chilly snowflakes are still included, but I threw in some red pops. The scallop punch (blue) behind the snowflake is punched; the white one was cut out by hand (gasp!).
The sketch also had a banner at the bottom, and I went with that, making mine look like it is waving in the wind (it's hard to tell, but it undulates up and down on the card).
Hope you enjoy.

A chilly scene for sure...it looks downright frosty! Love the technique you used with the white on the blue paper! Love the little bits of sparkle, and the pops of red! Excellent challenge card!!

Wow! First- this is a super card! I love the colors and the pop of red. Second- Gasp is right! you are a seriously talented 'cutter'. Now way most of us would ever get a hand cut scallop to look so perfect! Great take on the challenge.
