Stef...WOW! LOVED this site! Company C has some beautiful fabrics and I just love the way they use them! THank you for an awesome inspiration website!
Last year, (when I was still living in NY) Karen had told me about SCS. We had spoke early one Saturday morning and she explained to me how to look at the challenges. Back then, I used SCS for inspiration but never participated in any of the challenges. The first challenge I ever read was the Inspiration challenge. Karen told me it was one of her favs and she told me I should try it! Well, I DID do the challenge, but I did NOT upload my card! I was so embarressed. I made a 5x5 card and embossed (the same stamp I used tonight) in gold and it had a flower on it! I actually have it hanging in my craft room right behind me! It was the first card I made in a LONG time and I just didn't think it was up to par with the rest in the gallery. I've come a long way from then though (I think)....
When I saw this pillow, I thought of that stamp from Circle Circus and that card I made a long time ago! Here's the pillow I used for inspiration:

We are gallery neighbors Jenna!! Has this ever happened before??? Side by side cards, you and me?? Neighbors in more ways then one!! I LOVE this card, and funny thing is as you know I JUST bought that stamp set and came so close to using it it isn't funny!! Now THAT would have been even funnier, had I used the same set AND we ended up next to eachother!! LOVE your beautiful warm brown card with the little touch of lace - it's excellent!! See you tomorrow..... I love having you as a neighbor....(not to mention daughter in law!!)

Thanks for your IC story ... it made me smile ... so glad you found inspiration to create, even if you didn't upload the card ... also very glad you uploaded this beauty ... in my opinion, you can never go wrong with chocolate ... very elegant inspired design.
