For the challenge I used the scoring blade to add texture lines to the cardstock. IÂ’ve done this style but with the dry embossing technique, the scoring blade is much faster. Just the front of the card is scored and not under the image panel. No pattern to follow, just start scoring.
The panel is heat embossing with layers of gold powder. I masked off the square and rubbed the Versa Mark pad right onto the paper. Just continue adding powder until you like the thickness by pouring it on before the powder cools. Then emboss your design just like you would on paper. The curves are cut free hand style.

I love how you did this. It's so cool! I will have to read over your instructions again because I'm not sure I got all that. Did you score the paper before you put on the center image or after?
