I know we are having a tea party for the Traci M's parents, but knowing Traci the way I do, I wonder if they prefer coffee.
Traci is a big starbucks fan so I immediately thought of a coffee store for them (after I saw the tutorial on making an awning/storefront by Diana Gibbs). ( http://dianagibbs.typepad.com/stampi.../10/index.html) I have never met Roy or Joyce, but I am so thankful to have met their daughter Traci. She is such a sweet person and lots of fun. I hope Roy and Joyce are able to return to their home soon.

Shirley!! I am sorry if I found you late...this is the cutest lil coffee shop, and you are so right about my mom and dad preferring coffee!! Every time I go home, though, I have to remake a pot for me, and then do a pot for them, because they like weak coffee...that is worse than no coffee in my book!!
This awning is really amazing and percolater is one of those words we need back in our vocabulary, don't you think?? Judging by these cups, I'm thinkin' it's you and me and Pat and Cindy...my mom and dad are at home drinking out of their Mr. Coffee pot!! Hee...thanks so much for showing up, friend!! and you have all of your mo and jo...not to worry!!

Shirt, your card is so sweet. I love the awning, but more I love what you have 'really' put into this- your heart. I got all teary eyed reading Traci's comment, and I miss her so much! (and you, of course!) And Da Mudder. What a great trip that was for all of us. I will never forget it...or my kidneys! The Cottons will love this to pieces! I love you Sistah!

Wow, I thought you said you lost your Mojo!! Well, Honey, I think you found it BIG TIME when you did this card!! I love how you used the square lattice EF on your "counter", and it sure looks inviting with those cups just waiting on someone to sit down to enjoy!! or is this one of those "standing room only" places because its so popular - well, when I get out to see you, we will go and find a nice coffee shop like this and sit and chat to our heart's content!! Gimme some of that good ol' fashioned PERKED stuff!! This is in my FAVS!!
