Here I am at last, a bit late and not very imaginative. I've been amazed at all that gorgeous black and white elegance in the gallery this week - and I've just remembered that there are still some I haven't looked at yet!
A2 white base, DCWV black and white paper. Labels 8 cut from white for the image and blue for the mat layer. I stamped the stem in black, and the flower in Aqua on a separate sheet. Hard to see in the photo, but I stuck a wooden washer between the flower and the card base, so that even going through international mail it will still keep good dimension.
I used some Hodgepodge Hardware too - how could I not. But I made it white with embossing powder and added black spots, plus black pearls at either side instead of brads.
Sentiment is Flourishes.
Trying to think what food could possibly be elegant enough to bring along - all I can think of is a lovely soft white Angel Cake.
