 | | I created this card for my son. I send him a card once a week just to let him know we are thinking of him and as encouragement. It's hard on our youth when they are away, working and trying to get a degree. He just informed us today he wants to change his major to become a pharmacist. So he still has a way to go. I decided to go out to the college's website so that I could get a copy of their logo to use on his card. The sketch is from week 126. I flipped the sketch and rather than staggering panels 2, 3 and 4, I criss-crossed them.
I used CB Embossing folder on panels 2 and 3, added brads from Spare Parts in the bottom right corner and put a brad and hinge (not sure if that is what it is called) in the upper left.
Nothing fancy, but I think he will enjoy it. It is always hard for me to come up with masculine ideas. Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look; and I always appreciate your comments. |
