This is my December ATC for the Stampin'D'Amour swap. My apologies to anyone who can read Chinese if the page is upside down. I don't read it and didn't know which way the print went. It is a copy from a page of a Chinese Bible. The bamboo and the "good luck" symbol are stamped, and the symbol is embossed.

Very pretty color choices. I don't read Chinese either but it looks right side up---I was told to consider each character as a building and the structure should be able to stand up. For instance, the Good Luck symbol would tip over if it was flipped 180 degrees and had to stand on the one leg in the middle. Does that make any sense? A Bible was a safe choice for the script.

I love this card, and I always appreciate getting good luck in the mail. You can always depend on "ren" to tell the right side on text - it's the sort of triangle that's missing its bottom line (^) and means person, so it's in almost all text. This is a beautiful ATC, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it. Thanks for the peek. Kathy
