I created this card with the new Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! I had fun going crazy cutting frames with Eyelet Circles and square dies and covering them with Pearls. Do you think it's a bit too much?
The paper is from one of Taylored Expressions kits from last year. I don't remember what paper company it's from, but it's shiny! LOL
I made this card with a felt border to work for Bev's Hope You Can Cling to Challenge. The felt was cut with the scalloped Scallop Die-namics die.
