I made one of these for everyone around the table this year.
Instructions for Place Card Kiss Holder:
(you can get 6 out of 1 sheet of CS and a couple of scraps)
Stamp or wheel a sheet of light CS.
Cut it in half lengthwise (11 x 4 1/4).
Score the long way at 1-1/4, 2-1/4 and 3-1/2.
Cut the long scored strip into 3 pieces of 3-1/2" each.
I printed the names on the computer using a table with cells 3/4" x 3-1/2". That's the size they get cut. Attach them to the contrasting piece, which is 1" x 3-1/2".
Crease on the score lines. Run some Mono along the top edge of the matted name piece, and attach it to the smaller portion of the scored piece, leaving 1/8" margin at the top. Once it's folded, you'll see where the Hershey Kisses go. Apply a line of Mono to that part of the triangle and just stick the Kiss on. I sealed the flap with a glue dot.
