For today's Ways to Use It challenge we are to try a project with tissue paper. I'm not sure what you call this technique but I crumpled the tissue paper up and glued it onto white card - while still "wet" I sprinkled holographic glittery embossing powder over it and heat embossed. I used this for the background of the card. The little towels are colored with copics and popped up. I used wire and brads to make a little towel rack, and doodled a frame.

I just love this. The tissue looks great - very elegant. THe brad and wire towel rack is SO clever! I did not even realize that was how you achieved the rack until I read your details.
