 | | Today's TLC293 challenge was splitting images. And the CAS87 challenge was to use faux letterpress (a/k/a inked Cuttlebug folder). I realized too late that using the same green on the CB interfered with the green trees of my split image. I would have liked it better if the CB had been a light tan.
Part of the TLC challenge was to make the card for someone for someone who is either a)battling cancer b) a cancer survivor or c) a caretaker of a cancer patient. I'll send this to friend Eddy and his wife. They are refusing to give up faith in spite of the bad reports he has been getting. Even though he is often sick and/or in pain, he continues to serve and encourage others. |
