Vampire, Bats, and Blood Halloween Card Take 2
Added to Favorite
xxxx

Photo Details
Poster: Polished Moxie

A different card design using the same vampire stamp as on a previous card.

The base card is hunter green layered with rust cardstock and a multi-colored circular patterned paper. I used the patterned paper to develop my color scheme.

The vampire image is stamped on white cardstock and then colored with Prismacolor pencils and gamsol. The image background is sponged ink. I used punches for the bat and dripping "blood". A grosgrain ribbon and bow were the final embellishment. The bow is the only dimension on the front of the card.

The inside is decorated to reflect the theme of the card and has the sentiment "Eat, Drink, and be Scary!"

In addition, I custom made an envelope from scratch to compliment the card. The envelope is made from heavy cover stock and I incorporated the "bloody" theme by stenciling red dripping blood across the bottom and two bats up the left side.

You can see all of the pictures and additional information on this card and envelope ensemble on my blog at http://polishedmoxie.blogspot.com/20...ween-card.html
