I used Basic Black for the card. Then I took SU Craft paper and dry embossed it with a worn brick sizzix embossing folder. I then used Riding Hood Red and Dusty Durango on ink on a sponge and slid it accross the brick textured craft cardstock to give it an orangish/red brick color. I used the speckled SU paper for the top layer. I ripped the edges, used the notebook punch to make it look as if the paper was torn from a notebook. Then I stamped it with the weathered background stamp. My friend goes metal detecting and keeps what he finds in a mason jar, so I used the SU mason jar stamp, I also used my SU artifacts stamps, along with a couple other SU sets to fil the jar. Finally, I put some brushed metal stickers in the two left corners so it wouldn't look so plain. Had a lot of fun making this card.
