I thought of the medallion stamp and I wanted to capture the sparkle of it. I also wanted to keep the layout clean. I went to http://cleanandsimplestamping.blogspot.com/ and found fall to layout 107.
I thought I'd be brave and try Poppy Parade (a color that isn't my favorite). I used some Poppy Parade patterned paper (hostess) and I used the new SU ribbon border punch.
The medallion is embossed with Iridescent Ice. I used the new rhinestones to add some more sparkle. The medallion square is popped up as well.
The sentiment is from Oval All, I just inked part of the stamp. It's punched out with word window.

I LOVE your red pillow inspired card! We did chose the same pillow although in different colorways...and we went different directions. That is what is so fun about the IC challenge. Great work!

So pretty! I like how you used just a small square of the medallion. And you sure prettied it up with the rhinestones! Great card!
