CAS83 NOEL Greetings 002

It has been awhile since I have been able to participate in this challenge.... This is a stamp I picked up sometime ago, and really can't remember where.... However, I have been wanting to use it and this was the perfect opportunity. The picture really doesn't show the effect of this technique. I have used an embossing powder that has multi colored glitter mixed in, so that it appears different colors as you turn it. I hope that you enjoy.. thanks for looking.....
