This week's Queen is Phyllis, aka SparklePlenty1000. Her gallery is full of gorgeous flowers and artwork! I was in the mood for Halloween, so I cased this card called Penny Black Santa Hat: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...p;ppuser=76876
I used a Penny Black cat in a hat, but changed from a Christmas image to a Halloween image. Used this week's Sketch Challenge layout. The stars on the hat have orange stickles on them and the balloon is coated with crystal effects.
Congratulations Phyllis! Wear the crown with pride!
Thanks for looking!

Anne, I just love that little kitty from Penny Black!! I can't remember if I have it or not! Wow!! Does that mean I have too many stamps?? NEVER!! Just means I am getting old!! This is true as my birthday was last Thursday right before I was picked by the Wheel of Fortune or a big fat DART as the Queen this week!! What an AWESOME birthday present!! Your card is soooo cute and reminds me that I need to get busy on Halloween for my Grandchildren ! I always wait until the last moment - I guess I work best under pressure!! I want to thank you for playing in the QFTD25! This has been the most fun, I am having a blast!! I don't think I will be anyway near ready to relinquish my title at the end of the week!! Maybe Anne will have a breakdown of her random generator selection process and I will just have to keep on being the Queen!! Fat chance, unless her dart throwing arm get broken....
