My mother loves Blue. So does my DH, my sons, my DDIL's, my DSIL, and all of my grandsons. My DD is a yellow kinda girl. I don't, however, care for blue, and I have scads, and use it very seldom.
This challenge today was a challenge, so BLUE it is!! At least I have plenty of people to send it to!!
I hope you can see that I used acrylic paint to make the snow. I may decide to use glitter or DD to make it more prominent. Who knows.
Mom is back home. She's much better. It's very peaceful here.
Thanks for looking and your comments, here and on my blog.

Anne, this is as cool as can be!!! I like the blues and your 'snow'! The ribbon and charm are just perfect as is the punched border. It doesn't get any better than this!!!

Sweet, uncluttered winter card (mine always end up with snowflakes everywhere!LOL)! I love the fact that you challenged yourself to use blue without adding RED or some other color to tone it down~ GREAT job!!
