I'm not sure how I feel about this one yet, but the only way to get better is to get feedback, so here we go.
I initially stamped the circles (from Technique Tuesday's "A Little Round" set) in white, then went over some of the rings w/ glue & flocked them with turquoise flocking. I embossed 1/4" around the entire card, which works as a frame for the circles. I colored the ribbon, stapled it on & stamped the sentiment onto a Technique Tuesday Button Tile, which I then coated in Glossy Accents.

So what's wrong with that my friend. Great arrangement of circles, strong colour contrast, interesting use of ribbon, and a raised frame around it. Looks as good as anyone else's to me.
