This is for the CAS 03 challenge. It was a sketch challenge.
I have had a heck of a time downloading this. It isn't the best picture..but you get the idea.
I wanted to concentrate on the colors for the focus of this card. I paper pieced the vase with yellow polka dot paper as a contrast and matched it to the little birthday tag.

Bartonucci, WHOA! Do I ever love this one! Your pearls are so perfect in your flowers. For some reason, they really make those flowers pop like no tomorrow. Love the bold red you've used and the paper piecing is stellar. yikes, what a great card this is, friend.

This is so lovely with the wonderful vibrant red.
Congratulations on being named Queen for the day - so well deserved! This is my choice to case - wish my result had been even close to this lovely creation.
