This is a 5 x 7 card I made for my in-laws anniversary. I have made these adorable little fishes many times for anniversary cards with the heart bubbles (no little ones), coral and straight seaweed grass. The fish lips are a new addition from the little heart in the new Two-Step Owl Punch - just perfect for kissing lips! Also, this time I added the leafed "seaweed" from the Two-Step Bird Punch.

Absolutely adorable! I love all of the details, from the fish fins, to all of the plants, to the speckled sand. This is an awesome card...saving it to my favorites! TFS

WOW! Marie this is just about the cutest card I have ever seen!! You fish are just adorable and I love your reef, putting this one into my favs for future casing!!
This card also fits this week's Treehouse Stamps Thursday challenge of Under The Sea perfectly. You should add THT063 to your keywords and link it at the Treehouse Stamps blog.

Heather, thanks for telling me about the challenge. I did add the keyword to my photo. I don't think I can link it at the Treehouse Stamps blog though because the blog post was on August 8 and it says you can't back date it, so I don't think mine would be admissible. Thanks for your comments though. I appreciate them!

There have been many cute fish cards, using the ornament punch, but this one is my absolute favourite!! I love all the details, especially the scales and fish lips. ;-) I've been collecting the punches, and didn't think I'd want the snowflake punch...but I love how you've used it to make your coral. Your in-laws must be treasuring this. I'd be framing it!

First, I punched out an Ornament piece. Then I punched Scallop Edge Border strips and adhered them to the ornament punch piece, trimming each scallop strip off to the punch piece as a I went. Does that make sense?
