I was thinking how very elegant this inspiration was - http://www.decade-gifts.com/gift-643/Black-Vase - I loved the colors, so next came finding something to jump start my card - got it almost done - just putting it together and down went the top layer about a quarter inch to the right - YIKES!!!! I couldn't pull it off so there it stays.

Very sweet card~love the double border! I quit using a glue runner for that exact reason~you can't pull it off and I rarely get things straight the first time! lol I only use glue dot runners because you can lift and readjust! TFS

I think the offset panel actually works rather well since you offset your vase to the other side of the main panel ... love those colors ... fantastic inspired design.
