The first item that caught my eye (and DH's) in the IC today was a book. Hopefully I can come back to that one later when some painkillers kick in and my head stops pounding. The second one that caught my eye was the Friends Inspire Me print - especially as I still had one page from a book on my desk after the distressed glue technique last week.
I sponged my page a bit with Broken China, Shabby Shutters and Scattered Straw. Made a frame with textured brown card, mitred corners, and used a blunt darning needle and a metallic pen to make faux nail sort of things. Stamped the smaller flower from Vintage Vogue with Barn Door, Fired Brick and Vintage Photo. The white flowers were just got by turning over a couple of coloured ones after I'd cut them all out. Punched and sponged centres for them, and added Crackle Accents to the centres. Sentiment is from the French version of Vintage Vogue, I just stamped it on the margin of the page so that the paper matched.

We've done it again! We've both selected the same inspiration piece. I like the flower image you chose and how you kept very close to the inspiration piece colors.
