This card is made using another new stamp set called Flourished Sea Creatures being released this week by Mark's Finest Papers. I loved this amazingly detailed sea turtle when I first saw it. It reminded me of a favorite book of mine when I was a child, about a turtle who stood out from all of the other turtles because of a beautiful design painted on its shell. I went in search of inspiration for "decorated" turtles and came up with THIS gorgeous sea turtle print I found on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/27181236...-edition-print
Accessories: SU scallop border punch, sandpaper from Dollar Tree, dimensionals, brass brads, sewing machine, heavy string, glue dots, black pen, colored pencils, odorless mineral spirits, paper blending stump

Love how you used your inspiration for the turtle...so colorful. Your doodling looks so pretty and the pennants are just the perfect touch.
Good job with the sand and a great card, Emzi!

Emzi, this is a wonderful creation. What a fun colored turtle. I am sure the other turtles are "green" with envy over this. Your pendants, borders and sentiment are perfection!! Another Emzi Wemzi Original!! TFS!

Very cool - if turtles were judged by their shells, this one would be the most popular for sure. How sweet that you could make a card that reminds you of one of your fav children's books. Love the pendant!
