Irene aka Dandi93 was chosen QFTD21 on Friday of last week. I am a bit late but here just the same to honor Irene. I ended up with a case of two of her cards but managed to get them both on the same card. I started with her beautiful Flower Notes: CAS74 , Flower Notes by DandI93 at Splitcoaststampers I made one of the note cards but didn't have time to make more or make the box so I decided to put the note card on another one of her cards, the Fan Fold Ornament card: Fan Fold Ornament by DandI93 at Splitcoaststampers I made a couple more layers and attached the note card and added a ribbon.
Irene, you have a wonderful gallery of cards and I hope that you don't mind I mixed the two.
Have a wonderful week reigning as Queen!!!!
I also made this card for Speedy's Friends challenge #15. Joanne Travis asked that you make your own embellishment. I looked for a tutorial and found a ribbon flower tutorial by Lisa Pace: http://lisapace.com/2007/04/18/ribbon-flower-tutorial/ I love dots so that is what I used for the flower and added a couple buttons as she did on her tutorial.

I really love how you took two cards and created one of your own from the inspiration! This is so pretty with the red, white, and blue color combo, but that ribbon flower really sets it off perfectly! TFS the tutorial too! The embossed background adds just the right touch for this one, and I love the sentiment! A+ for this one!!!

Great color choices and I love your ribbon flower( thanks for the link ), the polka dots and gingham really make the whole thing pop, Thank you Benzi for joining in the fun this week, Hugs, Irene
