This card was for my FIL who turned ninety-two last Dec. I got the idea by casing "shornquist's" card in the stair sted fold card gallery.
I drew individual designs on each of the candles, colored them with markers and then cut them out - all ninety candles on the stair steps. I cut out and attached 92 wicks and 92 flames with stickles. The 9 and the 2 on the cake are hero Arts stamps. The decorations on the cake are hand drawn. A lot of work, but worth it for his 92 years. He was totally thrilled. Now the question is how to top this card for his Dec. birthday this year.
