I had full intentions of casing it, but I clicked on her blog link to learn how she did the technique and then I read the tutorial, and then I searched through all my stuff to find the right stamps, and then I ran across a bow-maker I had purchased a few months ago, and then the next thing I knew, I had made a card and it looked absolutely nothing like Vicki's card. But since she inspired this card and I learned this technique (at least I started to learn it anyway), I am loading it anyway. I felt so bad about it not looking anything like a case card, that I made another card and I will load it next. Vicki, thanks for the links to the tutorial - I love this emerging color technique.

Very cool card!!! It's good that you were getting into researching a technique and just going for it. Good for you!!! You made one lovely card, that's for sure.

What a beautiful card, Nancy!! I had to laugh while I read your write-up. Isn't it funny how one thing leads to another?? Especially with the internet--it's just too easy to get sidetracked . . .

OMGosh Gorgeous! Nancy, I bought this stamp because of the card you made for me with it, and still it has not seen ink! Hmmm...maybe now! Love this! Hugs....

Still chuckling after reading your write-up Nutzi - I have had so many cards take a left turn, followed by a sharp right that I've lost track. And your card turned out really cool - even if it doesn't look exactly like you may have envisioned when you started. And your bow is wonderful - I am incapable of doing fancy bows. Great work.
