WOW - who even remembers rose rhapsody? I forgot all about it - but I loved using it for this challenge!! I haven't been stamping much this month, and this technique was just the thing to get me started - Thanks BETH!!

Wow for Cindy! This is really a pretty card, very eye catching and I do remember Rose Rhapsody, borrowed and played with it this summer. It sure made up nice with the block technique. Now I need to borrow it again!
