This card took way too long to make. It was made harder because I ran out of my regular adhesives, and I had to rubber cement all the pieces. It worked, but not how I like to do my cards. I ink-sprayed-smashed the background. I stamped my clearly inspired brushed florals with blue ink. I colored the flowers with prisma colored pencils. At the bottom of my card, I used my Layers of Color art stencil. When I first saw the stencils, I wasn't sure if I would like them or even use them, but I love the one I have and want to buy all of them. I laid the stencil over the paper and using a makeup sponge, I stenciled the blue onto the paper. I outlined the stencil with my embossing pen and added gold ep and heat embossed. The butterfly is another Layers of Color product. It is one of my favorites. I colored it with prisma colored pencils and added some gold ep and heat embossed. Added 3 little brads to repeat the theme of 3 with the top panels. What do you think?

Wow, this is stunning. I love how you interpreted this challenge. Great colors, great thinking out of the box. And I love the treatment you gave to the bottom of the card. That part stumped me for a while. (I did finally figure something out. I'll post my card for today's challenge later). Beautiful card. Blessings, Lela
