I made a card today... woo hoo... I decided the Free 4 All was perfect. I've been laid up due to my back and most of my supplies have started collecting dust (say a prayer, I know I did, poor crafting supplies)... I used the newest things I purchased for this card, MS trellis punch, MS folliage punch, MS butterfly stamp, and Victorine Originals sentiment. I also used the new bottle of paper glaze I purchased. These roses are created using a 1 1/2 inch fiskers circle punch. The trellis is created by running the trellis punch down both edges of the strip of white, then i folded it in half and lined up the punch and punched the center. I colored the MS butterfly with tombow markers after stamping it with starzon and I blended the colors with a water blend marker. I used the MS folliage punch and glued them to the center of the trellis in a random upward pattern. I placed 5 roses within the trellis. Then I punched the bottom corner with the circle punch and placed the sixth rose in the inside with a red border around a piece of trellis punched paper. A few drops of glaze were added to the roses to look like morning dew. Hope you like it. (I did smear a bit of the glaze on the side by mistake... so don't look at that)

Oh, man, I sure was looking hard for that spilled glaze, but I couldn't find it. LOL This is a GREAT card. I love roses on a trellis any way, shape for form. It's beautiful and the butterfly just makes it better. Good job. Oh, and thanks for the great recipe.

Love that very elegant trellis with the dewy roses growing up it, and the wonderful pop of colour from the butterfly. Hope your back woes are coming to an end - I think backache for a couple of days is bad enough.
