The Rubbernecker image from the Florals collection was stamped, embossed and then heat set! The lovely flowers were made using circle punches and crepe paper. The framing for the flowers are Spellbinders Nestibilities. The swirl is a Tim Holtz die cut. The white background panel was scored using Scorepal. TFL
