No, I KNOW it's not Winter in the northern hemisphere - you're all warm and summery - but it's Winter here where I am and it's been very cold and wet, hence my Wintery Christmas card to add to my stash.
This was a very quick and simple card to make - not much to explain.
I added very fine transparent blue Art Institute glitter tothe large S, N and W letters and AI transparent orange glitter to the stripe on the snowman's hat (colours from Shabby Chic set) using AI Designer dries clear adhesive. I added crystal lacquer to the hat too so it looks all shiny (can you see the shine?). The embossing folder is one of the new folders from the Cuttlebug Winter Wonderland set - I love this folder - it's so versatile and perfect for those little OLC quick cards.
The ribbon was attached in 2 separate elements and the bow itself was made with my Bow Easy.
I'm popping this card into the Clean and Simple Challenge CAS02 'One button will do' from a while ago. See this link for the deets: Forums at Splitcoaststampers

It's supposed to be summer here, but so far the weather isn't co-operating so well with that! But it's far from snowing!!!!!! Very cute card. I envy you having a jump start on Christmas cards! Love the embossing folder you've used. You always use such great ribbon! You must have a good stash! "cool' card! TFS. : )
